Transport Compliance Specialist
In this role you will support the distribution setup from the manufacturing site to the patient, ensuring compliance with GDP regulations. Manage internal and outsourced warehousing operations, including 3PLs and Freight Forwarders, within LEO Pharma's distribution network
Your Role
- First point of contact for any Distribution related compliance issues or quality deviations related to Global Supply Operations
- Responsible for governance (monitoring and ensuring update) of all GDP related SOPs and WIs training in Supply Chain Planning & Management area
- Opening and following up of all GDP related deviations and ensuring follow up and closure within the agreed lead time
- Ensure all deliverables from Distribution suppliers to solve immediate issues/close deviations and escalation on incidents where the timeline has not been met.
- Follow up actions on identified CAPAs to required timeline identifying continuous quality improvements in processes and tools, incl. in cooperating processes with other departments (e.g. CoA, CoC etc.) and escalation on incidents where timeline has not been met
- Compilation and maintenance of monthly Distribution Compliance KPIs and sharing monthly KPI meetings attended by Senior management teams and key Quality stakeholders.
- My QMS Superuser and administrator and preparation of data for as needed.
- Track KPI on e-Quality Read & Understand statistics to ensure that all employees have signed all documents in status “Effective”
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Quality, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelors in Supply Chain or other relevant Supply Chain education at B.Sc level or above
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
