ServiceNow Process Owner
In this role you will support designing and implementing a cohesive employee experience using automation and relevant HRIS.
Your Role
• Manage the backlog and pipeline of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules.
• Introduce new global procedures for operational and time efficiency gains.
• Communicate Global HXM journeys to key stakeholders (Employees, Managers, Rewards, HR Business Partners, Affiliates, Global People Services)
• Write scripts for various platform areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Configure catalog items, employee journeys, workflows, flows, portals, etc.
• Participate in platform upgrades and validate current technical solutions after upgrade.
• Collaborate with the knowledge manager to align platform priorities (Case and Knowledge Management, Performance Analytics, Content Delivery, Employee journeys, Virtual Agent)
• Manage relationships with team members (IT, HRIS, Process Owners).
• Integrate with 3rd party applications via inbound and outbound API’s (system web services, REST API, Integration Hub)
• Train users on new platform features and functionality.
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s in Computer Science, Digital Innovation, Digital Design, Information Systems, or Human Resources.
• Relevant ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-HR)
• Excellent technical and process understanding of our main HR Systems (ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Ability to design user experience journeys with Shared Services in mind.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
