Service Now Process  Owner

In this role you will support designing and implementing a cohesive employee experience using automation and relevant HRIS.

Your Role 

• Responsible for the pipeline of HR Service NOW module
• Introduce new global procedures that contribute to operational and time efficiency gains
• Communicate the Global HXM (Human Experience Management) journeys to key stakeholders (Employees, Managers, COEs, HRBPs, Affiliates, GPS)
• Make scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Create, customize, and modify Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets, and perform platform upgrades, employee journeys including skipped records review
• Take part and drive the testing and deployment activities, and validate technical solutions before deployment
• Collaborate with the knowledge manager to align the priorities across the areas of the platform (knowledge, Case management, Analytics, Content Delivery, Employee journeys, Virtual Agent, AWA)
• Manage working relationships with other members of the immediate team (including IT end-user engagement, HRIS and Process Owners,)
• Integrate with 3rd party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Train the users of the platform on new features and functionality

Your Qualifications 

To excel in this role, you will need: 

• 4+ years of experience#
• Master’s within Computer Science, Digital Innovation, Digital Design and Interactive Technologies, or Information Systems, Human Resources
• Certified ServiceNow developer including the HR Service Delivery module
• Excellent technical and process understanding of the HR tools we use (Service NOW, Success Factors, Time and attendance suite)
• Ability to design user experience journeys with Shared Services in mind
• Proficient knowledge of programming methodologies JavaScript, knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
