Your Role
As a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer, you will be the primary owner of the Power Platform methodology across departments in Data, AI & Automation functions (DAIA). Your key responsibilities will include:
- Platform Expertise:
- Manage and administer Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow/PAD and Power Platform Admin roles.
- Ensure proper setup, monitoring, tuning, and optimization of Power Platform solutions to meet compliance and licensing requirements.
- Integration and Development:
- Design and implement business solutions integrating Power Platform with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Azure and Dynamics 365.
- Leverage out-of-the-box connectors and gateways to build automated workflows and seamless integrations.
- Security and Governance:
- Establish and maintain Power Platform security standards, ensuring robust data protection and governance practices.
- Monitor environments for compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.
- Solution Architecture:
- Lead architecture, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Utilize Microsoft Common Data Service (CDS) for data modeling, migration, and integration with external sources.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align Power Platform initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow/PAD, and Power Platform Admin roles.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing business solutions by integrating Power Platform with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Azure, and Dynamics 365. Familiarity with using connectors and gateways for building automated workflows and seamless integrations.
- Understanding of Power Platform security standards and best practices. Ability to establish and maintain robust data protection and governance practices. Knowledge of monitoring environments for compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.
- Proven track record in leading the architecture, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions. Ability to ensure scalability and performance of solutions. Familiarity with Microsoft Common Data Service (CDS) for data modeling, migration, and integration with external sources.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning Power Platform initiatives with organizational goals.
- Passion for staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Willingness to explore new tools, techniques, and approaches to drive innovation and efficiency.
