HR Reporting and People Analytics Product Owner
You will lead the design, development, and optimization of HR reporting and analytics solutions. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights, fostering a data-driven culture, and ensuring compliance with global and regional regulations to support strategic decision-making.

Your role
- Define and execute the product roadmap for HR reporting and analytics tools, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with global regulations. Develop scalable reporting frameworks to support HR initiatives.
- Partner with HR process owners, HRIT, and business leaders to understand data needs, deliver tailored solutions, and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Collaborate on EU reporting requirements and pay transparency initiatives.
- Drive the People Analytics agenda, leveraging advanced analytics to enhance workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational performance. Benchmark HR data and integrate external data sources for deeper insights.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to HR BI solutions, monitor product performance, and stay informed about emerging trends in HR technology and analytics.
- Drive efficient, automated, and self-service reporting processes while ensuring alignment on unified data definitions and building a robust reporting infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies, maintain data quality standards, and ensure secure integration of HR data with enterprise systems. Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and HR technology.
- Proficiency in People Analytics tools, SuccessFactors, and Power BI (advanced level preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR data, including workforce metrics, pay transparency, and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of EU reporting standards and ESG-related HR data is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Adaptability and collaboration in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
