Your Role 

As an Agile Development Professional, you will be the primary owner of the agile development methodology across departments in Data, AI & Automation functions (DAIA). Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Drive and maintain agile development principles, processes, and good practices within DAIA. 

• Manage the MS Azure DevOps technical setups for DAIA departments. 

• Inspire continuous improvement and ensure positive team dynamics aligned with agile principles. 

• Orchestrate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. 

• Assist the DAIA leadership team in managing the portfolio of development initiatives. 

• Foster an agile culture within DAIA and advocate for it across Global IT. 

• Identify and design internal process improvements in collaboration with developers, analysts, and managers. 

• Participate in knowledge sharing and ensure transparency of tasks in Azure DevOps. 

Your Qualifications 

To excel in this role, you will need: 

• 2-4 years of experience as a SCRUM master for an agile development team. 

• Proficiency with MS Azure DevOps from both a process and technical perspective. 

• Experience with the Agile Methodology framework. 

• Project management experience is preferred. 

• Understanding of IT system administration, user access, and end-user training. 

• Excellent English communication skills 

• Basic programming experience is preferred. 

• Understanding of and experience with cloud technologies. 

• Willingness to drive the adoption of new technologies with an overview of cost, maintenance, and ecosystem impact.
