Your role

• Govern the Order to Cash process, including design, maintenance, continuous improvement, and automation
• Ensure compliance with the LEO Code of Conduct, GMP/GDP guidelines, and internal procedures
• Lead, coach, and develop the team, including training plans, performance follow-up, and backup structures
• Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs, using insights to drive continuous improvement
• Act as escalation point for customer, stakeholder, and internal team inquiries
• Support key stakeholders, particularly within production, quality, supply chain, and order management
• Manage after-sales inquiries and support quality-related activities, including recall situations
• Oversee product supply from third parties and production sites, including API shipments and compliant transportation
• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, including risk assessments, milestone planning, stakeholder alignment, and lessons learned
• Contribute to business roadmaps aligned with the overall strategy
• Participate in audits, operational meetings, and ad-hoc activities as required

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
• Solid experience within logistics, order management, distribution, or supply chain operations
• Minimum 5 years of proven people management experience
• Experience managing cross-functional and complex projects in a global environment
• Strong knowledge of SAP
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data, report KPIs, and prepare clear presentations
• Fluency in spoken and written Polish and English
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience from pharma, healthcare, medical devices, or another regulated environment would be an advantage
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or practical continuous improvement experience would be an advantage

Your Team

As part of Global Order & Distribution, you will lead and develop a team responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and continuously improving Order to Cash and distribution processes. Your work will have a significant impact on the delivery process, ensuring smooth operations and accurate data alignment. The team is focused on continuous improvement, and you will play a key role in identifying and resolving system mismatches, setting priorities, and driving operational excellence.
