  1. 作为公司一线人员,秉承公司宗旨,为皮肤科领域及其他相关客户,提供专业化的学术服务,并有效收集市场学术信息;
  2. 执行公司统一推广和市场策略;
  3. 对目标客户进行分级管理,合理安排拜访时间,有效掌握一线的临床和市场信息;
  4. 通过面对面拜访、科室会演讲等专业手段,准确地传递相关学术和产品信息;
  5. 参与区域内相关学术活动,包括城市会、圆桌会等,建立及维护公司在目标客户群中的专业形象;
  6. 及时更新数据库信息及拜访信息,完善公司数据库档案;
  7. 其它配合公司发展需要完成的工作;
  8. 在行为符合公司合规文化的前提下,确保业务活动在行业合规要求和标准下顺利开展;
  9. 协助地区经理/主管,组织和参与区域内相关学术活动,包括城市会、圆桌会等,在整个区域内做好KOL的管理与维护工作;
  1. 辅助地区经理/主管制定并实施整个区域的业务计划;
  2. 为团队其他成员提供专业知识和技能方面的咨询和辅导;
  3. 主动预见潜在的风险与问题,并积极采取行动解决问题。

任职要求:

  1. 医药学及相关专业本科以上学历;
  2. 至少2年外资医药公司高级医药代表工作经验;
  3. 在销售技巧及产品、疾病和竞争产品知识方面成为团队的楷模,并可辅导团队其他成员;
  4. 熟悉区域信息 (竞争对手及客户信息),帮助团队成员分析市场相关数据,找寻市场机会;
  5. 可以针对整个区域的计划提出有效建议;
  6. 具有良好的辅导技巧。
  7. 具备MRC 2.0电子证明,或应在入职公司半年内通过MRC2.0考试并取得MRC 2.0电子证明。
