LEO Pharma is seeking a Medical Scientific Liaison to play a critical role in establishing LEO’s products as the drug of choice for atopic dermatitis, chronic hand eczema, psoriasis. Your Role


As a Medical Scientific Liaison, you will be instrumental in advancing LEO Pharma’s position in the medical dermatology market. You’ll engage with Key External Experts (KEE) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), delivering scientific insights, building meaningful partnerships, and supporting educational and research initiatives.


Your key responsibilities will include:


•    Building and maintaining professional and credible relationships with KEE/KOLs of strategic importance in the medical dermatology market.
•    Establishing LEO Pharma as a trusted scientific and medical partner in key centers and ensuring the benefits of the company’s strategy are recognized within the dermatology community.
•    Facilitating research and educational initiatives and responding to medical and scientific information requests.
•    Supporting internal teams, including sales and marketing, by enhancing their scientific knowledge and fostering collaboration with other field members.
•    Developing and delivering scientific presentations to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in individual or group settings (e.g., hospital meetings).
•    Attending relevant scientific meetings and sharing key data to inform internal teams.
•    Supporting marketing and sales teams by contributing to the development and approval of promotional materials, providing scientific expertise and assessments.

 

Your Qualifications


To excel in this role, you should bring:


•    A university degree in life sciences.
•    Previous experience working as an MSL.
•    Strong presentation and communication skills, with fluency in Polish and English.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
•    A valid driving license (as travel across Poland is required).
•    Solid knowledge of dermatology diseases and biological treatments.
•    Familiarity with national laws, regulations, guidelines, and codes of conduct applicable in the pharmaceutical industry.

As part of the Medical Affairs Department in Poland, you’ll collaborate with a passionate and knowledgeable group that’s dedicated to improving patient outcomes in dermatology. You’ll work closely with local KEE/KOLs, medical societies, healthcare professionals, and payers, while also supporting internal teams like marketing and sales with your expertise.
