Your role
As a Product Specialist /Sales Rep Dermatology, you will:
- Build and nurture long-term, sustainable relationships with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to benefit patients.
- Deliver sales growth for assigned patient solutions in your territory, aligned with national strategy and goals (e.g., sales, market share, and profit).
- Develop and implement effective business plans for your territory, collaborating with sales, scientific affairs, and patient solutions teams.
- Collect market intelligence to enhance territory management, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies.
- Manage administrative tasks such as CRM updates in VEEVA/Engage, planning calls/sales events, and daily communication through Outlook.
- Maintain a high level of product and clinical knowledge to influence patients’ lives positively.
- Ensure alignment with LEO Pharma’s company policies, ethical business conduct, and regulatory frameworks.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, preferably focusing on dermatology.
- Proven operational knowledge in CRM tools.
- Familiarity with local healthcare markets, sales territories, and account planning.
- Excellent verbal and written Dutch communication skills.
