Your role

The Senior Associate Sales Operations will be accountable for managing all aspects fleet, samples, rosters, and sales operations budget. The Senior Associate Sales Operations will also develop, maintain, and distribute weekly/monthly KPI reporting as request by sales and executive leadership.

 

In details:

• Generates, distributes, modifies and produces monthly and weekly sales reports for the sales force and management, including the monthly KPI deck for Senior Leadership, field force KPI dashboard, and weekly trackers.

 

• Gathers specifications and modifies reports to reflect sales and marketing needs. 

 

• Manages validation of the sample system for compliance requirements, reconciliations, monthly maintenance and inventories, and field force support.

 

• Provides expertise in the quarterly sample analysis of all data inquiries received from internal employees, vendors and field management from investigation to satisfactory resolution. 

 

• Leads and manages fleet program with external vendor. Including ongoing maintenance request, field assignment and annual ordering.

 

• Additional duties as assigned by LEO Pharma Management.

 

• Complete all company-based and job-related training as assigned by LEO Pharma within the required timelines.

 

Your qualifications:

We are seeking a professional with a robust background in a similar role and experience in sales environment. A driven person, attracted to work for the dynamic Canadian market.

 

Essential qualifications include:

• Three years working in a similar role

 

• A good understanding of data used in commercial functions

 

• Good organizational skills

 

• Exposure/familiarity with Project Management

 

• Proven training and presentation skills and ability to update training documentation required.

 

• Excellent communication oral and written skills

 

• Experience with and ability to liaise between different business stakeholders

 

• Ability to proactively identify opportunities, follow through for resolution

 

• Ability to work in cross-functional groups necessary

 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; continuously assess prioritization of work streams based on evolving business needs, and achieve results within strict timelines

 

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

 

• Occasional travel and overnight stays will be required.

 

• Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

 

A strategic mindset, collaborative approach and a high level of integrity, and being a quick learner are personality traits that will be beneficial for this role.
