Your Role:
The Omnichannel Marketing Manager oversees the development and execution of HCP and consumer-focused marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. The position leverages stakeholder insights to design and execute HCP and direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards. This role contributes to delivering impactful initiatives across digital and traditional channels, establishing LEO Pharma as an industry leader.
This is a hybrid role based out of LEO’s downtown Toronto office.
Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive HCP/consumer marketing strategies focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and adoption.

Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into integrated marketing campaigns for HCP/consumer audiences.

Execute DTC initiatives including paid media campaigns (search, display, programmatic, video, social, etc.), email marketing, and websites.

Monitor and analyze HCP/consumer behavior trends, campaign performance, and competitive insights to optimize strategies.

Collaborate with Business Insights and Analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of consumer campaigns and inform future planning.

Drive innovation by piloting new marketing programs and exploring digital tools and technologies that add commercial value.

Oversee partnerships with vendors and agencies, ensuring timely and cost-efficient execution of marketing programs.

Manage resource allocation and a defined marketing budget, providing regular updates on expenditures and ROI metrics.

Support the development of annual marketing objectives and long-term HCP/consumer engagement strategies.

Ensure all initiatives align with compliance standards, regulations, and corporate governance.

Completing all company-based and job-related training as assigned by LEO Pharma within the required timelines.

Additional duties as assigned by LEO Pharma Management.
Your Qualifications:

3-5 years marketing experience, with Omni-channel accountabilities.

BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.

Strong storytelling and branding capabilities with a stakeholder-first mindset.

Bi-lingual an asset (English/French).

Strong data analysis required and forecasting skills preferred, with analytical proficiency to drive insights-based decision-making and report on campaign impact.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Adaptable to managing multiple priorities and projects within a deadline-driven environment.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on fostering collaboration and a performance-oriented culture, and proven ability to lead change and transformation through influence.

Collaborative, strategic and tactical marketing skills, planning, process and results oriented, demonstrated organizational savvy and self-awareness, and technology savvy, business oriented with nimble learning abilities required.

The ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 20%).

The base salary range for this position is $95,000- $120,000 per year. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the LEO Pharma range for this position. Salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
