Your new role

You will lead full cycle recruitment activities, working closely with our Region North America People Team, Global Talent Acquisition team, and Global People Services. 

 

You will be the go-to person, partnering with hiring managers to guide them through the process, providing invaluable insights on interview techniques and content.

 

As the Manager, Talent Aquisition you will play a pivotal role in crafting our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and implementing it in our job advertising and branding initiatives on social media. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help us attract top talent and showcase our organization as an employer of choice.

 

Building strong relationships is your forte, and you will have the opportunity to identify and manage partnerships with external recruitment agencies when needed. Collaboration will be key as you work hand in hand with all departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding.

 

This role is not just about recruitment; it's about making a lasting impact. You will work across various job roles, from Sales to all corporate functions, at all levels within our organization. Your interactions with stakeholders will be instrumental in driving our success and growth.

 

This is a hybrid role and can be based out of our New Jersey or Toronto, Canada

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

  • BA/BS required; Master’s Degree in HR related discipline or PHR/SHRM-CP or CHRP preferred
  • Exempt-level human resources experience essential
  • Demonstrable progressive, full-cycle recruitment experience required.  
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies/procedures and U.S. employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to provide objective counsel to employees and management in alignment with company philosophy and culture; employee relations experience preferred
  • Experience implementing and utilizing an internet/cloud based talent management system
