At LEO Pharma, we’re looking for a Manager, Sales Analytics who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is ready to help drive smarter decisions across our U.S. business.
Your Role:
As the Manager, Sales Analytics, you will oversee incentive compensation, salesforce sizing, and physician targeting and segmentation. You will also develop and deliver user training, offering expert guidance on business planning and data interpretation. In addition, you will provide strategic insights to the sales and executive teams to inform sales and marketing tactics.
This is a hybrid role, based out of LEO’s Toronto, downtown office.
Your Responsibilities:
Segmentation & Targeting

Develop customer segmentation models and create inputs for sales targeting strategies.

Partner with Sales Force Management to define optimal areas of sales focus.

Profile contacts/accounts by brand to identify priority targets and populate CRM “suggested” target lists, and document and present the rationale behind target list optimization.
Territory Alignment & Design

Lead and facilitate the development of sales force territory alignments.

Provide data-driven recommendations and finalize alignments with Sales Management.

Conduct periodic field sizing and workload assessments.

Communicate finalized alignments to external data partners.
Sales Incentives

Co-develop and implement territory-level incentive plans.

Recommend measurement components aligned to brand and promotional objectives.

Develop and manage sales quotas, build consensus, and support performance tracking.

Provide guidance on data use, weighting methodology, and best practices.
Analytics & Reporting

Design, validate, and analyze reports using internal and third‑party data (TSA, GPM, CRM, PSP, etc.).

Conduct proactive analyses to uncover sales performance drivers and opportunity areas.

Review activity, resource alignment, samples, CHE budgets, and other KPIs.

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to Sales Management.

Develop and deliver training to ensure users understand available data and tools.

Provide high‑quality support to internal customers related to data, reporting, and insights.
Pharmacovigilance & Compliance

Forward any adverse event or patient safety cases per company policy.
Your Qualifications:

BA/BS required.

Minimum 5 years in a similar role

Strong understanding of IQVIA data: GPM, Xponent
-
Knowledge of CRM systems: SalesForce, Veeva Align

Solid understanding of commercial data and how it is used, along with exposure and familiarity with Project Management.

Cross‑functional collaboration experience.

Proven training and presentation experience, and ability to update training documentation.

Ability to manage multiple ongoing priorities and deliver within tight timelines along.

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight.

Your New Team:
You’ll join a collaborative, cross‑functional group that spans Sales Operations, Sales Force Leadership, MSLs, Market Access, Marketing, HR, Executive Leadership, Global partners in Denmark, and external vendors.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $120,000 per year. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the LEO Pharma range for this position. Salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
