Role Description

Position Objective: 

The role will be responsible for supporting strategic priorities for Region North America, management of key cross functional projects, synthesizing insights from key data sources, and development of key leadership presentations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on project management, strategy development, and analytics.

 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver Key Insights: Analyze and monitor key data sources, work closely with analytics functions to generate actionable insights to present to leadership

  • Other Strategic and Analytical Support: Provide strategic and/or analytical support for key business priorities and/or projects

  • Assist with Leadership / Board presentations:  Support the development of narratives and slides for key business presentations to Global leadership. Requires overview of business, understanding of priorities, analysis to support decision making, narrative framing

  • Manage and facilitate special projects:  Project leadership/involvement in strategic projects to ensure execution in line with objectives

  • Internal communication & Town Halls:  Work with Internal Communications to develop cadence and messaging for internal communications, help set agenda for Town Hall and develop Town Hall and employee communication materials on behalf of CEO

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MA/MS/MBA or other advanced degree preferred. 

  • 3-5+ years in management consulting (experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred) or pharmaceutical strategy or PMO

  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills

  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments

  • Possesses strong analytical skills and strategic perspective

  • Proactively influences across boundaries, builds effective relationships inside and outside of own team and drives projects and tasks towards successful completion

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, detail and solution oriented

  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects

  • Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel

  • Experience with Sigma (Enterprise BI / Spreadsheet UI) Computing a plus

  • The ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required (up to 20%)
