Your role

As an Account Scientific Advisor, you will:

• Serve as the scientific expert for LEO Pharma’s portfolio, building meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and opinion leaders in Southern Puglia and Basilicata.
• Provide high-value scientific information, translating complex data into actionable insights to meet the needs of local healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Collaborate with internal scientific and commercial teams to align strategies and maximize patient impact in your territory.
• Organize and support educational initiatives, including advisory boards, scientific events, and training sessions for medical stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and insights from key stakeholders to help shape LEO Pharma’s local strategies and identify new opportunities for patient solutions.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• A degree in a scientific discipline such as Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field, in line with the requirements of Decreto Legislativo 219/06, paired with a passion for science communication.
• Strong experience in scientific advising or medical affairs, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex scientific knowledge into actionable strategies that resonate with healthcare professionals.
• Fluency in Italian and professional competency in English, ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Flexibility to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system in Southern Puglia and Basilicata, building valuable partnerships and maximizing patient outcomes.
