Your Role:
In this senior role as Principal QPPV Office Professional you will utilize your insight in the PV regulatory framework and be responsible for supporting our QPPV and the QPPV Office Team, maintaining LEO Pharma’s Pharmacovigilance system by delivering pharmacovigilance insight and guidance to the business and represent Global Safety in cross-functional projects. You will do this through ensuring operational tasks move forward efficiently and to high-quality standards. Further, you will also contribute to implementing changes in our local patient safety model as result of LEO Pharma´s new commercial footprint.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing innovative and strategic guidance and setting direction for internal and external stakeholders for pharmacovigilance deliverables
• Support and manage cross functional processes for NIS/IIS and local activities
• Represent Global Safety as support for the DPO in terms of data privacy and GDPR
• Support the regulatory intelligence process, impact assessment, evaluation and implementation
• Supporting the development and execution of QPPV compliance oversight, ensuring a strong foundation for data collection, analysis and reporting
• Represent Global Safety in cross-functional business projects, ensuring strong safety input to business strategy.
• Proactively contribute to QPPV oversight by means of relevant measures (e.g. PSMF maintenance, PV contract management deliverables, compliance data and ad hoc requests)
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
• Pharmacist, or other equivalent Master’s qualification, preferably in a natural science discipline.
• Extensive experience within the pharmaceutical industry – min 5-7 years.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to interpret guidelines to provide strategic recommendations
• Strong business acumen and excellent collaborative and communication skills.
• Ability to independently solve common issues and make improvements to systems within the area of responsibility to deliver results.
• Strong sense of processes and procedures and how to convey complex.
