ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve individual sales target

  • MR develops a territory plan to achieve individual sales target and qualitative KPIs
  • Implement territory plan aligned with brand strategy according to planned schedule
  • Deliver key brand message to target customer aligned with market message campaign based on robust customer understanding “Persona” by multichannel such as F2F, AE, CLM & Remote detailing
  • Regular F2F visit to customer such as F2F call, product presentation to deliver product values and gather customer insight & competitor intelligence
  • Proactively utilize diverse tools for sales activities such as Veeva link, S&T and market data by provided ComEx
  • Maintain and develop current customer relationship within appropriate levels and identify potential customer for LEO’s sustainable growth
  • Listen and analyze customer needs and feedback, and share them to cross functional teams
  • Reporting on sales plan & activities by utilization of systemic tool such as brick master dashboard and CRM tools

Competency development

  • Ensure 100% pass the e-learning module for Adtralza
  • Enhance selling skill to proactively participate in LEO Connexion selling skill training module
  • Proactively participate in medical training, ComEx training to develop competency.

Collaboration with cross-functional team

  • Participate proactively marketing activities, symposium, conference, booth activities and cross functional meeting
  • Proactively participates in team meetings/action planning meetings and contributes effectively to teamwork

 Compliance to relevant regulation

  • Fully understand local SOPs & Code of Conduct and adhere to all relevant regulations.
  • Adhere to LEO Pharma principles, policies, and practices.
  • Adhere to Drug safety reporting obligations at all times.

RQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1~4 years of experience in Sales
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Dermatology & biologic experience preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering a high performance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • In-depth understanding of the local market and healthcare system
  • A strong focus on delivering outcomes and meeting sales target.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and guidelines
