Role Description
- MR develops a territory plan to achieve individual sales target and qualitative KPIs
- Implement territory plan aligned with brand strategy according to planned schedule
- Deliver key brand message to target customer aligned with market message campaign based on robust customer understanding “Persona” by multichannel such as F2F, AE, CLM & Remote detailing
- Regular F2F visit to customer such as F2F call, product presentation to deliver product values and gather customer insight & competitor intelligence
- Proactively utilize diverse tools for sales activities such as Veeva link, S&T and market data by provided ComEx
- Maintain and develop current customer relationship within appropriate levels and identify potential customer for LEO’s sustainable growth

Listen and analyze customer needs and feedback, and share them to cross functional teams

Reporting on sales plan & activities by utilization of systemic tool such as brick master dashboard and CRM tools
