Role Description
- Responsible for ensuring sales force effectiveness by territory designing and segmentation & targeting, and devising and managing effective performance evaluation and incentive programs
- Responsible for customer/market insight generation by providing strategic and analytic data and insights and leading integrated analytics to support informed business decision
- Responsible for CRM operation and management of all data in CRM system and communication for system enhancement with relevant functions and global
- Responsible for MCM strategy co-creation and operation aligning with medico-marketing strategy
