Your role

As a Junior Maintenance & Utilities Engineer, you will provide technical and operational support for industrial equipment and site black & clean utilities according to LEO standards, GMP, EHS, and Law regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, ensuring environmental efficiency and compliance. You will collaborate with the manager in ensuring continuous operation and optimization of the equipment (through mechanical and electrical maintenance, improvement projects, and daily management) . Your support for the technical office and continuous availability of complex Services and Utilities Infrastructure will be essential for our success.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
• Previous experience within the maintenance and the conduction of industrial equipment is preferred 
• Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical industrial environment and/or knowledge of GMP will be considered a plus
