Role Description

NB: this position is available office based in our offices in: Denmark, Ireland, France, Poland and Italy.

 

LEO Pharma is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Management Office Professional. As a PMO Partner, you will provide guidance and support to local project managers, project teams, and stakeholders, aiming to improve project management practices, standardize processes, and enhance overall project performance. 

As part of the Technical Development and Supply (TDS) Lean & PMO function you will get the opportunity to shape the future and help people with skin diseases live more fulfilling lives by advancing the standard of care. 

 

Your role

  • Develop and manage a central hub for project and portfolio management
  • Manage reporting and governance processes for the TDS Project portfolio 
  • Provide guidance and support to local project managers and teams
  • Improve project management practices and standardize processes
  • Establish governance frameworks and define project methodologies
  • Drive consistency, efficiency, and alignment across projects

 

Your qualifications 
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project and Portfolio Management
  • Experience in leading projects or being part of Project Management Office
  • Ability to translate vision into action and measurable results
  • Proven ability and passion for improvement - implementing new and optimized work practices in the area of Project and Portfolio Management 
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, understand, and solve complex problems
  • Ability to think 'out-of-the-box'
  • Excellent collaborator with cross-functional customers and network partners
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
