Your role

As HR Operation Support, your main objective is to be the go-to HR reference point for the plant community. More in detail, you will:

• support managers, employees, and workers throughout the entire employment lifecycle, from recruitment to termination
• your expertise in internal communications and employee engagement will be crucial in creating a positive and engaging work environment
• you will collaborate with other business functions for all cross-border activities, such as welfare, benefits, purchasing, and facilities

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• a degree in Economics, Labor Law, Psychology, or Philosophy
• at least 2 years of experience in a modern HR department
• knowledge and skills in various HR tasks and responsibilities
• ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing situations will be essential in this role

Your new team

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, including Business Unit Senior Managers, Finance, and Compliance. Your expertise and insights will be valued as you collaborate with these stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives align with business goals. You will also have the chance to interface with external stakeholders and suppliers, expanding your network and enhancing the HR function.
