Role Description
- Develop and implement business intelligence strategies and solutions to support decision-making processes. (Eg Forecasting, Launches, Commercials plans design etc.)
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights helping to the commercial teams to develop better commercial strategies with our customers.
- Design and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency through data analysis.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to conduct business reviews for each territory, with the aim of providing feedback to the sales team regarding their performance.
