At LEO Pharma, we are global leaders in medical dermatology. We have 117 years’ experience in bringing innovation to healthcare. And we are eager to do much more. Each year, close to 100 million people have a better day because of our medicines.

In the Global People team, we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability, to achieve our goals.

Your Role

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Talent, Culture & Organizational Development CoE at our Global Headquarters in Ballerup.

We have a bold and ambitious talent agenda and believe deeply in the impact that talent, leadership, culture, and organizational development can have on business performance and long-term success. Our CoE is on an exciting journey to shape and strengthen these areas in ways that build organizational capability, enable leaders and employees to grow, and help the business deliver on its strategy.

You will be accountable for delivering strategic initiatives for the CoE. This involves scoping and driving high-quality projects, independently delivering insightful analyses and frameworks, and creating compelling presentations, communication materials, and reporting that align with business priorities and measure impact.

You will act as an essential driver in ensuring priorities and projects are delivered successfully, with clarity and focus, and measurable impact.

If you’re ready to bring structure to complexity, drive strategic initiatives forward, and make a measurable difference, we’d love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional projects through influence and collaboration, while also independently driving and producing core deliverables with input from relevant stakeholders
  • Independently preparing high-quality deliverables, updates, presentations, decision materials, and communication content for stakeholders at various levels (and channels), including senior leaders.
  • Curating, analyzing, and synthesizing relevant internal and external data - both quantitative and qualitative, and translating insights into clear recommendations and materials that inform decision-making, prioritization, evaluation, and impact measurement.
  • Driving excellence by monitoring progress, managing risks and interdependencies, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Planning and coordinating stakeholder management activities, both formal and informal, to ensure alignment, engagement, timely decision-making as well as change management activities to increase awareness, adoption, and sustainable outcomes.
  • Tracking impact, analyzing results, and driving continuous improvement across initiatives, and in general for the CoE.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a driven and forward-thinking professional to provide strategic support across the organisation, ensuring clear planning, prioritisation, and execution of initiatives that deliver impact.

To succeed in this role, you will have the following qualifications:

Essential

  • MSc in Business Administration, HR, Strategy & Organisation, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Significant professional experience in an HR specific project management role spanning strategic talent, leadership, learning, culture, or organizational development disciplines, ideally within a CoE operating model.
  • Proficiency in English with advanced written, verbal and visual communications skills, including the ability to develop engaging presentations, clear illustrations and concise overviews.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects, manage dependencies, and align priorities across functions.
  • A formal qualification in project management and knowledge of design thinking and PM methodologies such as Prince2, Scrum, Agile etc is advantageous.
  • Experience of SharePoint and Success Factors is also a plus

You are someone who:

  • Proactive, accountable, and results‑driven
  • Collaborative, culturally aware, and able to build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Highly structured, analytical, and forward-looking in planning and decision-making.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Adaptable, agile, and committed to execution excellence.

As the Project Manager, you will join a collaborative and exciting work environment, partnering closely with the business in a fast-paced setting where you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives and make a visible impact.
