Your role
You will build account and customer partnerships to promote marketed products and strategically position LEO for the successful launch of new products in your assigned territory, covering Western Australia.
• Achieve sales objectives for marketed products through strategic engagement with customers
• Create and implement territory business plan, using sales analytics to drive growth
• Develop, maintain and work within expense budgets related to territory activities (promotional, pre-marketing, and travel).
• Constantly seeks to exceed the expectations of all of our customers both outside and inside the organisation.
• Build and maintain relationships with medical advocates to promote Dermatology activities, support product adoption, and drive growth and reimbursement of LEO products. Contribute to strategic and tactical planning by analysing market trends, addressing customer concerns, and recommending strategies, tactics, and budgets for field activities.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, therapeutic markets, and competitors while providing market intelligence to internal teams.
• Demonstrate leadership, share expertise, and actively support the development of colleagues while upholding high personal and professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance, adverse event reporting, and appropriate use of selling materials.
• Address customer issues effectively by collaborating with internal teams and taking initiative to resolve concerns where necessary
Execute other duties as may be required by your Manager as training and experience allow.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
• Business/Life Science degree (preferred).
• Qualified by Medicines Australia.
• 7+ years sales experience required.
• 3+ yrs pharmaceutical/medical devices experience
• Medical Dermatology sales experience is highly regarded.
• Specialist sales experience is highly regarded
• Demonstrated competence in working with MS office in Windows Environment. Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
