Your role

 

The primary focus of this role is to implement activities that ensure optimal reimbursement and maximize the commercial potential of LEO Pharma's current and future products in Sweden and Finland. It involves contributing to cross-functional collaboration, enhancing LEO Pharma's reputation as a credible, research-driven pharmaceutical company delivering high-value products to patients. The role requires staying updated on market access knowledge, sharing insights, and driving strategic collaborations with stakeholders to improve patient journeys. Additionally, the position serves as LEO Pharma's contact for Regional LIF committees.

 

•    Be responsible for driving performance and delivery financial KPIs ensuring highest ethical standards.
•    Provide input to the development of country level forecasts in close collaboration with Nordic Marketing.
•    Be a pivotal part of the crossfunctional team in Sweden and Finland). 
•    Lead and coordinate projects with external stakeholders to provide economic arguments and evidence/value needed to support adaptation of LEO products from national reimbursement decisions and/or guidelines in regional practices. 
•    Drive local data generation to full payer communication gaps, liaise closely with the Nordic and Global Market Access Team to ensure alignment to strategy and other initiatives for data generation.
•    Drive Market Access stakeholder engagement for marketed products in Sweden/Finland. Co rides with KAM´s when needed.
•    Develop market access tools as presentations, localized value stories, budget impact models etc. to support meetings with clinic heads, pharmacologists and other decision-making bodies to manage expectations and demonstrate added value of the treatment.
•    Act as point of contact for national & regional reimbursement authorities. 
•    Act as local internal expert on Swedish & Finnish market conditions providing necessary insights and facts to populate P&R dossiers, obtaining internal mandates and managing dialogues with payers. 
•    Manage initiatives that raise awareness of medical needs within LEO Nordic therapeutic areas.
•    Assess, align and execute on external opportunities and activities that enable LEO Pharma to utilize the maximum commercial potential of marketed products.

Your qualifications

 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

 

•    Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, health economics or related discipline 
•    Minimum +3 years’ experience in market access or health economics in the pharmaceutical industry, with a comprehensive understanding of the pricing/reimbursement environment and the government/payer review process 
•    Experience in preparing HTA dossiers 
•    Ability to review and analyze business and medical data 
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills 
•    Drive for results with ability to work well in both a team environment and independently
