At LEO Pharma, we are global leaders in medical dermatology. We have 115 years’ experience in bringing innovation to healthcare. And we are eager to do much more. Each year, close to 100 million people have a better day because of our medicines.

As our new TA partner, you will be a trusted advisor for the hiring managers in LEO Pharma looking to hire in UK & IE. You will have the privilege of working closely with passionate and skilled hiring managers who fully trust our TA model and value the impact you bring as a true partner to the business. In Talent Acquisition  we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability, to achieve our goals.

Your role

In this role, you will manage all TA activities for recruitments that are assigned to you as well as some employer branding initiatives. We expect you to balance the operational execution of TA processes ensuring a great candidate and customer experience, while also playing a strategic role towards the business. You will act as a sparring partner with stakeholders, advising on resource planning initiatives, diversity and inclusion, process improvements and much more. Together with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be supported by a sourcing and administration team who will ensure that you can focus on handling candidates and hiring managers. They will help you identify candidates for you to interview with the hiring managers and ensure that interview scheduling and systems are handled.

As a successful TA Partner you manage to land the critical hires you are responsible for, while also establishing yourself as the go-to person for everything TA related. When the business has challenges, you (and the colleagues in your team) will identify solutions.

Your tasks will include:
•    Driving the E2E recruitment processes and ensuring a great candidate and customer experience
•    Contribute to project-related initiatives, provide TA advisory to the business, and deliver hiring training to stakeholders.
•    Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process and decide on sourcing mix
•    Deliver promotional strategies, manage critical positions recruitment, and ensure E2E recruitment process management.
•    Advise on job offers and negotiation, leverage talent market analytics, and drive local recruitment initiatives.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications and experience:

At the same time, you are a team-player and value close cooperation and sharing of knowledge.
