Keep medicines moving, shape smarter supply decisions, and help ensure patients across the UK can access the LEO Pharma products they need.

Join LEO Pharma as our Supply Chain & Customer Relations Manager, UK (12-month Fixed Term Contract) where you will sit at the heart of our UK affiliate operations in Maidenhead. This is a highly visible role connecting commercial ambition with supply chain excellence, partnering across local, regional and global teams to drive availability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Your Role

As Supply Chain & Customer Relations Manager, you will ensure excellent professional supply chain services for the UK market, helping secure reliable product availability for patients. You will lead demand planning, forecasting and local integrated business planning (IBP) activities, while building strong operational relationships with wholesalers, distributors, third-party partners, manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the monthly IBP cycle for the UK, including Market Demand Reviews and alignment with Commercial, Finance and Production
  • Managing demand planning, forecast accuracy, inventory levels, back orders, stock-out mitigation and gross sales versus budget/forecast
  • Coordinating orders and shipments with production sites, distributors, third-party logistics providers and other supply chain partners
  • Supporting launches, acquisitions, divestments and portfolio optimisation - managing a product item throughout its full “life” in the supply chain - from launch to discontinuation.
  • Driving continuous improvement across supply chain processes, third-party logistics setups, distribution models, sustainability reporting and packaging compliance

You will also develop and maintain robust product information files, support key systems connecting prescribers and dispensers with LEO products, manage operational relationships with homecare providers, and act as an initial point of contact for Medical Information referrals. With a LEAN mindset, you will challenge current ways of working and turn insight into practical improvements.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will bring deep supply chain expertise, commercial understanding and the ability to translate complex data into clear business decisions. You are confident partnering across functions and with external partners, and you understand how high-quality supply processes support patient access and business performance.

We are looking for:

  • A Degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent by experience
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar supply chain, logistics, distribution or business partnering role, ideally from within a mid-size pharmaceutical organisation with an awareness of regulatory requirements and GDP responsibilities
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, trade processes and demand planning
  • Experience with Sales & Operations Planning / Integrated Business Planning processes, forecasting, inventory management and KPI-driven performance improvement
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; SAP experience is highly desirable

As an individual, you are proactive, collaborative and accountable. You enjoy solving problems, influencing stakeholders, challenging the status quo and staying calm when priorities are complex.

Please note there is a requirement to work from our UK Head Office in Maidenhead, a minimum of two days per week. There is also some travel required in this role.

Your New Team

You will join Commercial Supply, working closely with the Director, Commercial Supply, and with a dotted line to the UK leadership team.

Your role will connect you with Alliance and Country Managers, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Global Logistics, production sites, IQVIA and external distribution partners. It is a collaborative, high-impact environment where your work will directly support service excellence and product availability in the UK.
