As Head of Marketing you will be shaping and driving LEO Pharma’s UKIE long term marketing vision and strategy.

Your new role

The Head of Marketing is accountable for the development and execution of all marketing activities across the LEO Pharma portfolio in the UKIE affiliate.  This includes but not limited to: 

• Strategic Marketing Leadership
• Analytical, data driven decision making and forecasting
• Global stakeholder management to influence brand to portfolio strategy
• Budget ownership and management 
• Compliance and regulatory adherence 
• People leadership and marketing capability focus 
• KPI tracking and performance optimization

The role offers: 

• Team Leadership – you will lead the marketing team, along with third parties to develop and deliver marketing plans, ensuring focused allocation of resources to drive brand and portfolio awareness
• Working with Global Teams through collaborations and be the key point of contact for Global Strategic Marketing. 
• Being part of the commercial leadership team. 

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications 

• Degree educated or equivalent required.
• Professional qualification within marketing (preference of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Professional Certificate or above).
• Demonstrable experience within the pharmaceutical industry. 
• Demonstrated experience delivering strong commercial performance with a focus on strategic planning and execution having held a position as a brand lead.
• Proven leadership capability with excellent communication skills and ability to set own and team goals
• Dermatology experience is desired, but not essential. 
• Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Your new team

You will lead a team of  experienced brand leads,  a brand manager and a customer engagement manager who work closely and collaborate with the key other medical and market access customer facing teams.  As Head of Marketing the role will rely on building strong interdependencies with other functions including commercial excellence, finance and global marketing stakeholders.
