Role Description

Your Role: 

The Director, Marketing Analytics within LEO Pharma’s Insights & Analytics organization will be leading this function. This incumbent is responsible for developmental and deployment process of Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) measurement framework utilization across brands, analyzing data, developing, and delivering analyses. This role requires experience measuring, mining, and generating insights from digital customer engagement data within all non-personnel/digital channels, including website, paid media, social media, and email campaign data sets. 

 

This is a hybrid role, based out of LEO’s Madison, NJ office.  

 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the Marketing Analytics team within Insights & Analytics organization 

  • Set measurement and key performance indicators for digital and related cross-channel spend and ROI optimization in liaison with brand and digital leadership. 

  • Design experiments to evaluate channel, message, or sequence of digital tactics and generate insights and recommendations related to customer engagement on digital channels. 

  • Identify standards and rules pertaining to acquisition and use of relevant data. 

  • Align with IT, Data Acquisition, and Data Governance functions accordingly. 

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders as recognized expert in pharma digital analytics. 

  • Determine current trends and new technologies for use at organization. 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and regular performance reports to track campaign impact and inform decision-making. 

  • Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing initiatives across channels. 

  • Oversee the application of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modelling and customer segmentation. 

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards in all analytics activities. 

  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members to grow analytical capabilities and business acumen. 

 

Your Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, Operations Research or Computer Science. 

  • 12+ years of applicable full-time work experience with at least five years in digital marketing analytics and optimization. 

  • Strong experience and knowledge of advanced Statistical models and methods, and Statistical Design of Experiments. Expert in Marketing mix models and Attribution models. 

  • Experience measuring, mining, and generating insights from digital customer engagement data within all digital channels, including website, paid media, social media, and email campaign data sets. 

  • Expertise in multivariate content/messaging testing and optimization. 

  • Expertise with at least one statistical analysis platform such as SAS, R, or Python. 

  • Client focused and responsive. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as demonstrable in oral management presentations, succinct PowerPoint stories and layout, as well as structured syntheses and recommendations. 

  • Willingness to "have an opinion" backed up by insight and analytics and the confidence to influence key stakeholders in meetings and one to one basis. 

  • Strategic business acumen, focus on results, passion for keeping up with media and technology trends. 

  • Highly collaborative work style, with a proven track record of professional success in analytics role. 

 

The base salary range for this position is $205,000- $250,000 per year. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the LEO Pharma range for this position. Salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
