Your role

As Market Access Specialist you will support the  development and implementation of market access activities in Belgium and Luxembourg that enable LEO Pharma to create and maintain patients’ access to our current and future portfolio. 

•    Support in development of Price & Reimbursement dossiers
•    Support in follow-up of P&R dossiers
•    Handle administrative P&R procedures and notifications
•    Support in development of local Market Access Plans
•    Handle administrative tasks of the Market Access Department  
•    Support colleagues in other departments regarding price and reimbursement related questions, issues and needs
•    Contribute to projects, actions and  materials for stakeholders
•    Act as subject matter expert on the assigned products

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

•    Bachelor or Master degree in science (health sciences, economics,…) 
•    Minimum 6 month experience in market access or health economics in the pharmaceutical industry
•    Knowledge of the local market access procedures, the decision making process and healthcare policy
•    Knowledge of local healthcare institutions/stakeholders 
•    Theoretical and practical knowledge of health economics applied to pharmaco-economic models 
•    Analysis, synthesis and communication of  clinical and health economic information 
•    Experience in the therapeutic area is an advantage (dermatology - biologics)
•    Concise and effective verbal and written communication skills
•    Fluent English and French or Dutch, written and spoken
•    Driver’s license
•    Ability to collaborate with people across multiple areas of expertise
•    Being able to build relationships within the affiliate, across functions and borders
•    Positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities
•    Demonstrate proactivity, ownership and accountability
