The position holder is responsible for promoting and assessing compliance activities and proposing measures that mitigate organizational risk when LEO Pharma interacts with ‘Healthcare Partners’ (HCPs, HCOs, Patients and Patient Organizations) in BENELUX or when LEO Pharma BE/NL interacts with HCP/HCO’s .
 

Your role


•    Promote and support acting in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards regulating the interaction with Healthcare Partners in BENELUX
•    Ensure the relevant LEO Pharma persons within BENELUX are trained in the applicable compliance processes 
•    Ensure that all reportable Engagements and ToVs made to Healthcare Partners are pre-disclosed, disclosed and/or reported in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards in BENELUX 
•    Review and approve local HCP/HCO engagements in Veeva CRM, cross-border Healthcare Partner engagements in AAP and local Patient engagements in AAP
•    Facilitating compliance by being the contact point for the DPO and the Data Privacy Team and handling high-level questions on personal data compliance and referring to right recipients in accordance with the applicable SOP(s)
•    Manage administrative tasks related to scientific events and backup customer service contacts
•    Report independently and regularly to management on compliance related matters.

Your qualifications

 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

 

•    Graduate or Bachelor in Legal-administrative support 
•    Proven expertise in substantive compliance-related matters including, but not limited to healthcare compliance.
•    Expert knowledge of Industry Code requirements (EU and country specific)
•    Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
•    Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English. Spoken as well as written
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
•    Able to work independently
