Role Description

Start your career in pharmacovigilance and gain hands-on experience in a global pharmaceutical company where patient safety matters. As a Summer Trainee in Development, you will support meaningful day-to-day activities, learn how processes work in a regulated environment, and build valuable experience in an international setting. This is a great opportunity for a student in Poland who is curious, structured, and eager to learn. The summer trainee program lasts 6–8 weeks.

 

Your role

 

As a Summer Trainee you will support administrative and operational tasks that help keep the Global Patient Safety department running smoothly and compliantly. Over the course of this 6–8 week program, you will gain insight into pharmacovigilance, work with experienced colleagues, and contribute to important activities in a global environment.

 

  • Support daily administrative activities and Global Safety processes
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and records
  • Assist with data entry, quality checks, and reporting materials
  • Help coordinate meetings and routine team activities
  • Support ad hoc tasks in line with internal processes and quality standards

Your qualifications

 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:

 

  • Are currently enrolled as a student at a university in Poland
  • Study pharmacy, medicine, biotechnology, life sciences, public health, chemistry, or a related field
  • Have an interest in pharmacovigilance, patient safety, or the pharmaceutical industry
  • Are comfortable working in English
  • Are familiar with Microsoft Office tools
