Your role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated student to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. As a Student Assistant, you will primarily be responsible for administrative tasks within the field of talent acquisition, but also more operational tasks such as linkedIn sourcing for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Global Talent Acquisition team
• Maintain and update our intranet
• Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents and materials
• Assist our Talent Acqusittion partners with sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn
• Collaborate with team members on various talent acquisition projects
• Ensure a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a student with at least 2 years remaining in your studies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Service-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team
• Fluency in English – knowledge of Danish will be an advantage

Your new team

You’ll be part of Global Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition. This team consists of 15 TA Partners and sourcing specialists spread across Denmark (HQ), Poland, the UK, France, Italy, Spain and Germany. Other parts of the Global Talent Acquisition team will support recruitments in the USA and Asia businesses, as well as our global employer branding efforts, our technology, process improvements, and executive search.
