Your Role: 

As a Statistical Programmer, you will play a vital role in structuring, analyzing, and delivering clinical data in support of clinical trials and regulatory submissions. You’ll provide programming expertise to ensure data integrity, compliance, and high-quality deliverables.

Your key responsibilities will include:

•    Data transformation, analysis and visualization using R programming
•    Programming and quality control (QC) of datasets, tables, figures, and listings for Clinical Study Reports (CSRs) and regulatory submissions.
•    Structuring and analyzing clinical trial data according to CDISC standards and regulatory requirements.
•    Creating and validating deliverables for electronic submissions.
•    Collaborating with internal teams to review and provide input on clinical study documents such as protocols, data flow plans, and annotated CRFs.
•    Overseeing statistical deliverables for studies outsourced to CROs and ensuring dataset specifications align with requirements.
•    Use of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to facilitate data exchange and automation
•    Supporting cross-departmental programming tasks and taking on additional responsibilities as required.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

•    A graduate qualification in mathematics, statistics, computer science, life sciences, or economics.
•    Proficiency in R programming, including the use of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and AI tools.
•    Intermediate SAS/Macro programming and familiarity with CDISC standards, preferably within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•    A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
