Your Role 

As a Senior Service Owner Data Center, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of Data Center services, including outsourced providers. Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of contracted services, ensuring quality and budget adherence, and addressing data center issues or failures. 

• Own and manage the LEO Pharma IT Data Center lifecycle and maintain Blueprints for Data Center services. 

• Ensure data center services are right-sized, cost-optimized, and meet required security standards as defined by LEO CISO. 

• Manage and optimize licensing and maintenance costs for servers across the full lifecycle. 

• Capacity management of data center services, ensuring smooth operation while managing and optimizing costs. 

• Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with the Line of Business and act as a focal point for IT Service Providers. 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Data Center and ensure new Data Center initiatives are successfully handed over to support. 

• Produce and present reports to Global IT and LoB stakeholders, and maintain key guiding principles, templates, and other materials. 

Your Qualifications 

To excel in this role, you will need: 

• Knowledge and experience with network services and a solid experience (at least 3-5 years) within Service Delivery Management. 

• A bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent. 

• Certifications in relevant functional areas of service delivery, such as Cisco, ITIL, GAMP. 

• Experience with GxP, pharma IT compliance, and release/validation activities if GxP systems are part of the application portfolio. 

• Functional and technical understanding of relevant solutions and integration with third-party, on-premises, and cloud-based platforms. 

• Experience in reviewing documentation such as user requirements, release notes, validation plans, and reports. 

• Proficiency in verbal and written English, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask and think ahead. 

• Strong stakeholder management skills. 

• Enterprise thinking and focus on improved innovation, agility, and organizational learning. 

• Building collaborative relationships, managing conflicts, having a collaborative mindset, and facilitation skills.
