Your role

As an IT Project Manager at LEO Pharma, you will be at the helm of transformative IT projects, steering them towards successful completion.

•    Lead pivotal IT projects to fruition, collaborating closely with a Business Lead and Steering Committee
•    Utilize agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to maximize business value and maintain alignment with the project's business case
•    Manage project scope, timeline, costs, quality, and risk profiles, ensuring all aspects meet the Steering Committee's expectations for success
•    Tackle challenges head-on, leveraging support from skilled colleagues and partners while reciprocating their support
•    Influence the evolution of the Project Model by engaging with various communities within the organization
•    Assemble and guide a team of dedicated professionals from across LEO Pharma to achieve project goals

Your qualifications 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

•    A Master's degree in business administration, business IT, or a related field.
•    At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional international IT projects.
•    A background in life sciences or other highly regulated industries, such as banking.
•    Proficiency in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
•    Fluency in English, with a strong, assertive leadership and decision-making style.

The profile we are looking for could hold various backgrounds. Maybe you have worked in the pharma industry or other regulated industries such as banking, or maybe you have worked as a consultant supporting various industries in an international setup.
