Your Role
As a Senior HR Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering operational excellence in HR processes while acting as a role model for best practices in your team. You’ll collaborate closely across teams and markets to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that drive scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
HR Processes:
• Managing and updating HR master data, employee documents, benefits, and hire-to-rehire workflows for a dedicated market.
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes from an HR perspective.
• Ensuring accurate and timely payroll input for the internal Payroll team.
• Auditing and reconciling HR data in both internal and vendor systems to maintain transparency and accuracy.
Collaboration and Leadership:
• Acting as a trusted backup for other HR Specialists and the HR Manager.
• Serving as a role model by sharing best practices, promoting team excellence, and building bridges across teams and markets.
• Partnering with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HRIS, Mobility, and Rewards teams to achieve collective goals and ensure seamless alignment.
• Training new joiners and less-experienced colleagues, continuously raising the capability and confidence of the team.
Compliance & Integrity:
• Ensuring HR master data adheres to local laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Maintaining data integrity across HR systems and vendors.
• Creating and updating clear work instructions to serve as valuable resources for future colleagues.
Driving Improvements:
• Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes.
• Challenging the status quo by analyzing HR workflows and implementing projects that optimize both efficiency and compliance.
• Acting as the go-to advisor for colleagues by offering best practices and system tips, while translating feedback into actionable insights.
• Managing vendor relationships to ensure accurate and timely data updates.
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should bring:
• International experience in HR processes and global payroll services.
• A strong proficiency in managing HR master data, systems integrations, and workflows.
• Expertise in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements based on Lean principles or project management concepts.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in team-oriented environments while building partnerships across geographies.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and a natural drive to address root causes with sustainable solutions.
• Mastery in HR systems and tools, with a keen understanding of data integrity, compliance, and optimization.
