Your role 

 

As Senior HR Operations Process Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing, standardizing, and continuously improving core HR operational processes across Global People Services. You will ensure that HR processes are efficient, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business needs, while collaborating closely with HR Operations, Payroll, HR Business Partners, HRIS, and other key stakeholders. This role combines process governance, improvement leadership, and operational problem-solving to help drive service excellence and a strong employee experience. 

 

  • Own and govern end-to-end HR Operations processes, including payroll input management, benefits management, document processing, and HR case management 

  • Design, document, standardize, and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency, quality, and employee experience 

  • Establish process governance, controls, documentation, and performance measures, and monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and case trends 

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, audit requirements, and data privacy standards 

  • Lead continuous improvement, system enhancement, change management, and resolution of complex process issues in collaboration with key stakeholders

You will work cross-functionally with a broad stakeholder landscape, contribute to process transformation and automation, and help shape how HR services are delivered at scale across the organization. 

 

Your qualifications 

 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: 

 

  • Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Service Delivery, or HR process management 

  • Strong understanding of HR operational processes and employee lifecycle activities 

  • Experience with process improvement, standardization, and service delivery governance 

  • Familiarity with HR systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or similar tools, including case management, workflow solutions, and knowledge bases 

  • Fluency in English and experience working in a global or multi-country HR environment

You will join Global People Services, where the focus is on delivering efficient, high-quality, and employee-centered HR support across the organization. The team works closely with Process Owners, HR Operations and Payroll leaders, HRIS, and Service Delivery stakeholders to ensure strong governance, continuous improvement, and reliable service delivery. As part of a global company with Danish roots, you will collaborate across countries and functions while being based in Gdańsk.
