Your Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our AI & Cloud Data Services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Be a core developer of our web technology framework currently consisting of Next.js, tRPC and drizzle.
• Define and advise on best practice web application architecture, both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to create robust and scalable data solutions.
• Explore new technologies to develop a state-of-the-art full stack for advanced analytics and data science solutions.
• Maintain high standards of code quality based on robust design principles.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle in accordance with agile methodologies.
• Communicate findings and practices effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• An MSc or PhD in bioinformatics, engineering, or computer science.
• Experience as a web/full stack developer on cloud-based data product solutions.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience in multiple programming languages.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to take risks.
• Fluency in English
• Familiarity with cloud vendors such as AWS, Azure, or GCP will be an added value.
• Experience with Next.js and tRPC, UX design and proficiency in the Agile Methodology framework will be an advantage
• Curiosity and a drive for experimentation.
• Willingness to drive the adoption of new technologies with an overview of cost, maintenance, and ecosystem impact.
