Your role

As a Senior Application Manager for Corporate Systems you will:

•    Serve as the System Owner, managing systems related to primarily Finance, HR, Compliance and Legal, where SAP is the main platform 
•    Collaborate closely with managers, and process owners within relevant business areas to understand and address demands and requirements.
•    Set direction and support Application Managers responsible for sub-areas within your scope of accountability.
•    Act as the single point of contact for business stakeholders towards LEO Global IT and external IT partners.
•    Manage and monitor day-to-day delivery of contracted services, ensuring quality, compliance, and addressing any application issues or failures.
•    Handle area-related budgets and forecasts and ensuring maintenance, upgrades, patching, documentation and compliance requirements are managed seamlessly and according to SLAs.
•    Drive and track continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

•    Over 5 years of experience in Application Management, System Management, or Service Delivery Management, preferably within SAP Finance and HR related modules
•    Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
•    Experience in outsourced and global delivery models.
•    Expertise in process optimization and documentation.
•    Compliance knowledge (GxP, GAMP5) and experience in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
•    ITIL knowledge
•    Excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.
•    Professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
