Your Role

As an SAP Finance Functional Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting end-to-end Finance processes through SAP solutions, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and making a tangible impact in both operational and project-based settings. With expertise in SAP FI configuration and integration, you will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions that optimize financial operations and compliance across global markets. 

Your key responsibilities include: 

• Providing functional expertise in SAP FI and ensuring the smooth operation of core Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking). 
• Supporting Finance departments in both day-to-day operations and project-based initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery. 
• Ensuring compliance with E-Invoicing frameworks (e.g., France, Poland, Italy, Spain) and managing SAF-T reporting requirements. 
• Participating in SAP full lifecycle implementations, from scope definition to delivery, consistently meeting time and quality expectations. 
• Configuring SAP FI systems and managing cross-module integrations (e.g., SD/MM → FI) for end-to-end business processes. 
• Analyzing and translating Finance requirements into scalable SAP solutions. 
• Monitoring and optimizing financial processes for continuous improvement. 

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should bring: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI with strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, and Banking processes. 
• Proven experience supporting Finance departments in both operational environments and project-based initiatives. 
• Very good understanding of E-Invoicing frameworks and hands-on experience with SAF-T reporting. 
• Participation in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, delivering successfully within scope, time, and quality. 
• Hands-on SAP configuration expertise and knowledge of cross-module integration (SD/MM → FI). 
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate Finance requirements into SAP solutions. 
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to engage in business-level conversations (C1+). 
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders. 
• Nice to have: Experience with IDoc configuration and monitoring 
• Nice to have: Involvement in SAP S/4HANA migration projects or initiatives.
