Your Role
As an RTR Senior Accountant, you will take a leading role in managing and improving RTR processes, acting as a trusted advisor for complex accounting matters within the Shared Service Center. Your expertise will also help support key financial decisions, drive optimization efforts, and champion system upgrades and process transitions.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a subject-matter expert (SME) for RTR processes across the Shared Service Center.
- Managing fixed asset accounting and project controlling in SAP, including asset capitalization, depreciation, and project cost allocations aligned with IFRS and internal policies.
- Providing expertise for complex RTR questions and escalating issues as a primary point of contact.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives by driving standardization, automation, and system enhancements.
- Supporting system implementations and upgrades, acting as a key contributor during process transitions.
- Preparing for and responding to internal and external audit requests with high-quality financial data and analysis.
- Ensuring strong collaboration with RTR teams, Controlling, Tax, Treasury, and IT functions to achieve corporate objectives.
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Record-to-Report, with deep expertise in fixed asset accounting and SAP project controlling modules.
- Strong functional experience across RTR processes, including month-end and year-end close.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards and internal control frameworks.
- Experience in process transitions or system implementations is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, with exceptional communication skills.
- Solid understanding of shared service center (SSC) operating models and multinational finance environments.
- Familiarity with asset-heavy business models and the complexities of project-based accounting.
- Awareness of audit, compliance, and stakeholder reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret and explain complex accounting topics to diverse audiences.

Working closely with RTR team members, Controlling, Project Management, Tax, Treasury, and IT colleagues, you will play a critical role in aligning accounting processes with corporate goals and driving impactful solutions.
