Your Role

As an RTR Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting financial processes while ensuring accurate and compliant documentation. You’ll work closely with internal teams to complete accounting tasks safely and efficiently while building your finance expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Posting daily bank statements accurately and on time in SAP.
• Preparing and posting manual journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and approvals.
• Processing intercompany payments in line with group standards and deadlines.
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations, following established guidelines and procedures.
• Creating fixed assets based on approved requests submitted through ticketing systems.
• Supporting month-end and year-end close activities, including required reporting and checks.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a Shared Service Center or corporate environment.
• Basic knowledge of SAP FI module and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and good working knowledge of financial systems.
• Good written and spoken English proficiency.
• Basic understanding of Record-to-Report processes in a corporate/SSC environment.
• Understanding of intercompany transactions and their role in group reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A willingness to learn and improve your accounting knowledge.
