Your role

As a Regulatory Business Supporter, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and improvement of key financial processes within the Global Strategic Regulatory Affairs (GSRA) team. Your responsibilities will include:

 

·   Supporting operational activities and improvement initiatives, including Forecasting and Oversight processes.

·   Providing analysis, reporting, and general support to the GSRA team.

·   Acting as a liaison and advocate for end users within and outside GSRA.

·   Offering input and suggestions to enhance Forecasting and Oversight processes.

·   Collaborating with partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

·   Participating in cross-functional projects as a subject matter expert.

·   Delivering on operational tasks with precision and efficiency.

 

Your work will involve close collaboration with key stakeholders, including GSRA teams, Local Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and sourcing partners. 

 

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

 

·   Master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of practical experience, preferably in regulatory or financial control processes

·   Entry-level experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable

·   Familiarity with GxP-controlled data and financial reporting is beneficial

·   Advanced proficiency in Excel

·   SharePoint proficiency

·   Power BI proficiency

Your new team 

You will join a small, collaborative team consisting of one other colleague and the team lead, focusing on processes governed by the team itself. Acting as the Subject Matter Expert group (SME) for forecasting and financial controlling within GSRA, the team has a significant impact on the organization's financial state. You will have ample opportunities to improve processes and leave a personal mark on how financial control and stakeholder support are managed. You will work closely with the GSRA Leadership Team and it’s Vice President, as well as engage with sourcing partners to handle daily tasks and resolve issues. Comprehensive onboarding and support will be provided by the team lead and the other team member.
