Role Description

Are you ready to start a new adventure pioneering together with us? We are looking for our new Procurement Process Administrators. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will work in a highly dynamic environment, supporting internal stakeholders all over the world, throughout our Purchase to Pay process. 

  

Your role 

 

As a Procurement Process Administrator your overall objective is to deliver efficient and customer-oriented buying and administrative services in accordance with the processes of LEO Pharma and Global Procurement Principle Procedure. Your main tasks will be: 

Acting as a Requisitioner for multiple departments. 

 

  • Acting as a Requisitioner for multiple departments
  • Creating project numbers elements in SAP based on requests from Line of Business
  • Supporting Line of Business with problem solving regarding buying process
  • Clarification of issues regarding credit notes, wrong postings or incorrect order amounts
  • Supporting non-PO proces
  • Participating in process improvement projects
  • Providing trainings on buying and administration process

  

Your qualifications 

 

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications and skills: 

 

  • Bachelor/Master's degree or still during studies 
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly MS Excel and SharePoint
  • Take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
  • Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives 
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
