Role Description

Procurement Contract Specialist

will monitor and manage the entire contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. In your role you’ll need to ensure suppliers conform to contractual terms, SLA’s and KPIs and maintain an organize and accurate contract database.

Your role

The role requires a structured mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage and oversee contract processes effectively to support procurement decisions. The Procurement Contract Specialist must understand the general mechanisms of procurement, contracts mechanisms and supplier management. 

 

  • Monitor and manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations,
  • Monitor KPIs derived from key contracts, such as bonuses, penalties, payment terms and other key contractual clauses,
  • Coordinate within Global Procurement, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the execution of agreed contractual terms,
  • Maintain and organize the procurement contract database, ensuring that all contracts are in the correct status, have accurate expiry dates, and are properly linked to the main/parent contracts,
  • Provide support in contract-related projects and initiatives within Global Procurement.

 

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably 5+ years professional experience in procurement or supply chain in an international environment
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management
  • Proficient in contract management tools and systems
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (any further language is an advantage).
  • Action oriented and leading execution
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in contract documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
