Your Role

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the Payroll Process: Handle day-to-day payroll activities, including reviewing time transactions, running payroll, auditing results, correcting errors, and ensuring seamless payment distribution.
• Drive Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure compliance with tax laws, garnishments, and other regulations across multiple regions, ensuring complete accuracy for all employees.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with HR, finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll preparation, auditing, and distribution processes.
• Shape the Future: Offer insights and suggestions for improvements in payroll systems, processes, and policies to increase efficiency and responsiveness.
• Act as a Compliance Guardian: Uphold ethical standards and compliance under local tax laws and company procedures, maintaining documentation and assisting with audits.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Be a trusted resource for employees with payroll questions, providing exceptional customer service, guidance, and training as needed.

• Payroll Expertise: Experience in international payroll processing and knowledge of global payroll services, compliance, and best practices.
• Languages: English proficiency is required; knowledge of additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus!
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies.
• Problem Solver: Ability to identify root causes, evaluate optimal solutions, and recommend comprehensive improvements.

Reporting to the HR Operations & Payroll Manager you will collaborate closely with various internal departments and external partners.
