Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring the smooth functioning of outsourced processes? We are seeking a motivated Order to Cash Professional to join our team and take charge of controlling the performance of an outsourced service provider. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and driving customer satisfaction. 

Your role: 

• Performance and Quality Control: Oversee and control the performance of an outsourced service provider in the Order to Cash (OTC) process. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established processes and policies (in Pricing, Sales, and Stock related areas). 
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any performance gaps or issues, working closely with the service provider to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement 
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with the service provider, fostering effective collaboration, and ensuring alignment with our organization's goals and objectives 
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization within the OTC function, working closely with internal stakeholders and the service provider to implement best practices and drive efficiency gains 

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field  
• 3-4 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) processes, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail  
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel  
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus  
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines  
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
